Overview:
The
first five-song EP of breathtaking melodic screamo.
The instrumentation of these songs is fabulous, and
not for their great complexity, but for the ethereal
textures and cold sense of disattachment surrounding.
There are periods of suspense-building instrumentals
that build an aura of dispair and discomfort, constantly
disrupted by fits of stomach-turning screaming that
puts me on pins and needles. These guys know how to
manipulate sounds, both human and mechanical, to create
an awesome effect. "L'un Sans L'autre" is a job well
done. For fans of Envy, Yage and Standstill.
