Overview:
Morda was born in the H8000
area (Bruges, Belgium), the same place that spawned
bands that made Belgium as the hotbed of hardcore
during the late 90s to early 2000s. The band's trademark
melody, metal, mosh and pure hardcore clearly indicated
that they are actually from that area. Their most
recent release, "Azerion", offers 11 tracks of uncompromising
destructive riffs and empowering lyrics about the
hardship of daily life and how to deal with it. They
even asked Marcus of Heaven Shall Burn to do some
guest vocals to add more spice to the album. Azerion
received rave reviews and have categorized Morda as
in league with such highly acclaimed bands like Caliban
(old), Arkangel, Liar, Heaven Shall Burn, and As I
Lay Dying. In fact they are so good that legendary
bands, Pro-pain and All Out War, have asked them to
support the two bandsā previous European tours.
