Nitro
Mega Prayer was formed originally by Nakano (vocal),
and Amano (guitar) in January 1999. After some the
member changes, Shimeda (guitar), Atsushi (bass),
and Rinta (drums) joined as permanent members in December
2000, creating a strong five-piece.
Though crossing genre boundaries, Nitro Mega Prayer's
music is passionately based on emotion. While there
is a sense of dismalness within the songs, the flurry
of chaos creates a whirlwind of sensations. Their
lyrics tackle themes of love, sadness and anger. In
addition to emotion, their songs represent experiences
in daily life. With the dramatic composition of music
as the base and the screaming vocals as an essential
accessory, Nitro Mega Prayer constructs an underlying
movie-type concept in every song. They want the listener
to overcome sadness and pain by living through strength.
Nitro Mega Prayer treats every show as a priority;
every performance explores their deepest anguish.
Don't get Nitro Mega Prayer mixed up with the other
pathetic emo bands. Their music will certainly slice
